These Hi-Tech Lite HTL lifters from COMP Cams are specifically designed for racing applications requiring solid lifter cams. These lifters are approximately 20 grams lighter than conventional solid lifters, and the manufacturing tolerances held much tighter to ensure consistent diameter as well as optimum radius on the bottom of the lifter. The lifters feature an improved pushrod seat specifically designed for the excessive pressures of race applications. There is no chamfer at the bottom of lifter to ensure maximum effective diameter (requires special work by the engine builder). Tests prove a 100rpm increase in maximum engine speed. The lifters are packaged in a special protective plastic lifter case. These lifters are surplus from a top NASCAR team. They are brand new parts that have never been installed.
